Hocicón es un sangrado de uva tempranillo del Pago La Calera de Bodega 3 Ases situado en Quintanilla de Arriba y vendimiado a mano. Ha estado 8 horas de contacto de pieles, en maceración prefermentativa en frío y ha fermentado con levaduras autóctonas. Hay un trabajo de batonnage de lías durante 8 meses, para conseguir aportar a los tonos de fruta roja, intuosidad, redondez y recuerdos a pastelería.

Nariz
Afrutado con matices de grosella y fresa y rodeado con detalles cítricos.
Gusto
Equilibrado con los matices afrutados que apreciamos en nariz, con un paso de boca de textura recordando a lácteos (fruto de la crianza sobre lías) y con un final prolongado, redondo y refrescante.
